A traditional 200 year old 'Wayside' Inn with splendid dining rooms, snug lounges, roaring log fires and big armchairs to nestle down in. Set in the middle of Cheshire's plains we are a destination of distinction.

We have six comfortable en-suite hotel rooms with antique furnishings, two featuring huge four poster beds.

We offer award winning a la carte dining, with locally sourced ingredients prepared by our brigade of Chef's. There is also a lunchtime and evening bar menu, children's menu, and group dining menus, all complemented by fine cask ales and an extensive wine list.

We have an excellent reputation for our Sunday Carvery, which can be served to table, always on offers are a choice of 3 roast meat, a fish and vegetarian option. With an array of starters and desserts this is not your run of the mill Sunday Carvery and booking is recommended.

Set in a large gardens we have al fresco dining and a small children's area, along with a 'locals bar' with dart board.

At the Golden Pheasant the dining experience of our customers is our priority, we believe in traditional 'good old fashioned' service.
